This is a picture of a new ''Faithful and Discreet Slave'' member named I.M. Anerd giving a convention talk in Uganda,Africa. He's being lovebombed because of his special talk titled,''You walked across alligator infested waters while I flew 12 long hours on a Lear Jet to get to this convention."

The applause was non-stop after the lengthy talk about how he traveled on a 12 hour plane ride from New York eating only pretzels and peanuts. Also,they enjoyed the experience where he was driven in a limo with no air-conditioning while wearing a suit and tie.

''Brothers,please remember when you are walking 20 miles across rocky mountains, barefoot,with snake and alligator infested waters''..........''that we too suffered trying to get to this spiritual banquet. We always make sure that your zeal and experiences will be never forgotten ."

'' in a 10 year period,that would be close to 400,0000 members.. does anyone know if the wts know the numbers who disassociate themselves?

What is the HIDDEN purpose of the Watchtower corporation?

why does the average man or woman on the street only have a vague awareness of who jehovah's witnesses are and what they stand for?

isn't it weird they know next to nothing after over a hundred years of door to door work???.

ask yourself why this has been such an ineffective ministry.. one actor, tom cruise, has raised more awareness about his own religion (scientology) than all the watchtower magazines placed at a million households.

Watchtower rank-and-file members are used as volunteer labor staying very busy appearing to be doing something important.

What they are really doing is generating publicity which serves to hide the actual purpose of the Watchtower corporation.

What is the genuine purpose of the Watchtower corporation?

The WTS are just a group of power hungry men in New York. They have everything available to them from health care,automobiles,a roof over their heads,all utilities paid for,and travel all over the world.........all in the name of religion.

The WTS send out Circuit and District Overseers to local congregations(that are paid by local members) to instruct every rule and regulation to all local Elders. The Elders take these instructions and pass them on to every member. Elders teach the congregations and handle all the discipline. Make sure everyone is kept busy and fears the organization.

Also, WTS prints repetitive material on cheap paper. Save money where you can.Print the same material over and over. Make sure that everyone has their own copy. Send out every member(who are not paid) out in service and make sure that the general public buys these books and magazines.Send money to the WTS. Then the WTS higher ups can travel to exotic locations(all expenses paid) all in the name of religion.

Thank you for always exposing these old men in New York for what they really are! You're the only one on JWD that's kicks them where it hurts. Everyone here is too kind to these old and washed up men who's motto you said so eloquently:

Someone in my mom's congregation has been told that he has cancer. He is on his 2nd treatment and is sick as a dog. Lost all his hair,doesn't eat as much because food don't taste the same, sleeping more and very depressed.

My mom told me that he is now telephone witnessing since is too sick to go out. WOW! Here this person is only worried about his health and beating cancer and the only thing the WTS worry about is if he made at least 2 hours in field service.

What if regular meeting attendance wasn't a requirement?

we all know how regular meeting attendance is the ultimate way of measuring the "faith" of those among the religion, other than field service reports.

what do you think would happen with the attendance numbers if you were only encouraged to go as a sort of option, if you weren't hounded for not attending regularly?

i'm sure everyone of us preached the ''good news'' when we were faithful to the wts.

I'm sure everyone of us preached the ''good news'' when we were faithful to the WTS. We were taught that our preaching would help Jesus and his angels know who were the sheep or the goats. This work would be done by the Witnesses only and then the end would come.

How does the WTS answer these questions:

What exact words do the Witnesses use that would help Jesus know who are the sheep or goats?

Is the refusal of not excepting the literature enough to judge?

Can Jesus really judge someone just by someone knocking on your door or leaving literature behind?

Today, it is so important that we follow the guidance that comes to us through "the faithful and discreet slave"!

Today, we may not clearly see why some organizational matters are handled in a certain way, but we have every reason to trust in Jehovah's guidance through his faithful channel of communication.

I don't hand in ''service reports'',attend maybe 3 meetings a month,ain't signed up for the Ministry School and will never attend any Convention or the ''Book Study.'' Always make the ''Memorial.'' I've been doing the fade for years. The C.O.....P.O...and... D.O. pretty much leave me alone.I only stay for family reasons.

I'm in my early 40's and take my 16 year old son to Heavy Metal concerts. Now,I enjoy Death Metal.( PLEASE DON'T JUDGE ME! ) I' seen live in concert:

raymond franz was a member of the governing body of jehovah's witnesses from 1971 until may 22, 1980, and served at the organization's world headquarters for fifteen years, from 1965 until 1980. franz wrote and edited two detailed books which relate his personal experiences with the watch tower bible and tract society and fellow members of the jehovah's witness organization.. .

after reading ray franz's books,i held him and his fellow members responsible for all the false teachings.

i also wasn't forgiving any of them even if they found out that it wasn't the ''truth'' and left the organization.now i changed my mind.

Aren't we all responsible one way or another for the success(6 million strong and counting) of the WTS when we: donated money....got baptized....preached the ''good news''....brought in our family into the organization....signed up for the Ministry School....became Elders,Ministerial Servants?
